The property is rented in 6-Hour Increments that will be coordinated by the Catering Manager. Overtimes rates are available.
*Refers to Catering and/or Tent Guest Minimum. Friday evening events require 150 guest minimum for catering. Saturday evening events require 175 guest minimum for tent rental and catering.
**Saturday Evening Rental Rates Require a Minimum Tent Rental Rate of $2,712.50 plus the Mansion and Grounds Rental Rate.
Guest Capacity:
- Guest Capacity for the Mansion is 72 Guests in the Living Room Maximum for Sit-down and Buffet Dinners, 250-300 for Cocktails or Appetizer Parties.
- Guest Capacity for the Brand New 60 x 100 Tent is 350-400 Guests for Sit-down and Buffet dinners.
- If your party requires the use of the Tent, you must also pay the Mansion and Grounds rental fee in addition to the Tent Rental Fee.
- Rental of the Mansion includes the entire house, except for the Executive Loft, which may be rented separately. Therefore, should a party wish to have exclusive use of the Mansion, they must also pay this fee.
- The 3-Season Tent features wall-to -wall charcoal gray carpeting, 2 elegant chandeliers, 3 center poles w/draping and lighting and an 8'x12' stage with backdrop lighting. Events that require heat will incur a $300.00 fuel charge for three heaters or $500.00 fuel charge for five heaters. Air conditioning may also be pre-arranged and available for additional charge - please call for quote.
- Rental of the property includes the usage of 35-60" or 72" Round Tables, 300 White Wood Chairs for Indoor Use Only, and a 20x20 white/black dance floor. Larger Dance Floors are available at additional charge..
- Additional rental of chairs, tables, for outdoor ceremonies or events will require additional rental charges.
