About Our MenusAs you review these menus for 2008, please remember that they may be modified to reflect your personal taste - Your Catering Consultant will work with you to design your menu specifically for your event needs. If you are planning your event for 2009, please add $1.00 per person to the Buffet or Sit-Down Dinner Selections.

- For all menu selections, there is a 175 Guest Minimum for Saturday evening events and 150 for Friday evening events.
- Some menu selections require 100 Guest Minimums.
- Gratuities are not included in pricing.
