About Our Menus

As you review these menus for 2010, please remember that they may be modified to reflect your personal taste - Your Catering Consultant will work with you to design your menu specifically for your event needs.  If you are planning your event for 2011, please add $1.00 per person to the Buffet or Sit-Down Dinner Selections.

Also, on the following menus, All Prices Include:

  • Solid White or Color Floor Length Linens,
  • White China,
  • Glassware,
  • Stainless Steel Flatware.
  • Many other tableware upgrades are available at an additional charge.
  • Wedding Cake and Coffee Station for Seated and Buffet Dinners

Other Important Information:

  • All menu selections are subject to a 20% Service Charge and 7% Sales Tax for parties of 75 Guests or More.
  • All selections are subject to 25% Service Charge and 7% Sales Tax for parties Less than 75 Guests.
  • For all menu selections, there is a 175 Guest Minimum for Saturday evening events, 150 Guest Minimum for Friday evening events and Sunday evening events of a holiday weekend require 150 guests.
  • Some menu selections require 100 Guest Minimums.
  • Gratuities are not included in pricing.
  • All menu prices are subject to change.
