"You guys are incredible! Our guests were complimenting nonstop on the great food quality and service. The building is beautiful, but doesn't mean a thing without the effort that you guys put into it. The room was warm on a 12 degree day, the lighting was perfect, the drinks and food were on time and kept on pace all night. The personal touche you guys add to your service is what makes you stand out from the rest. The entire event looked beautiful.
There's no way anyone in Lake County can out-do what I saw last night. I don't know how you guys do it, but what a night and I can't wait until our next event with you. From this point on, Bauer's is the only company we use.

We had an incredible wedding and you and your staff did an amazing job! We still talk about the appetizers and the meal was excellent. You really know how to host a party - I mean, all we had to do was celebrate - you took care of every last detail and it was perfect. We are back from our honeymoon and you cannot wipe the grins off of our faces. People call us every day to say how beautiful the mansion was,how good the food was and how it was one of the best weddings they have ever been to. Mary, thanks for taking charge at the rehearsal. We were so glad you were there to provide us with some direction since our minister didn't show up on time. We also appreciate everything you did at the ceremony and reception to make things run smoothly. We honestly didn't worry about a thing!
Eddie, although we didn't get to see you until the end of the night - we know you were busy too! The food and presentation were excellent - truly unbelievable! To this day, we are still receiving compliments from our guests.
Our compliments to your serving staff as well. They were all very professional and courteous. The extra attention given to our guests was noted and greatly appreciated. Please pass along our gratitude and let them know we think they are top notch.
The reason we decided to go with Bauer's Catering is because we liked the personal attention and the feel of a family-owned and run business. It is apparent through our experience that Bauer's Catering is superior to their competition. We knew we made the right choice when you went of of your way to accommode our guests both during and after the dinner.
