We use the freshest ingredients and the most choice cuts of meats and believe in generous portions.  As you review these menus, please remember that they may be modified to reflect your personal taste - Your Catering Consultant will work with you to design your menu specifically for your event needs. 

Also, on the following menus, All Prices Include:

  • Solid White or Color Floor Length Linens,
  • White China,
  • Ypsilon Crystal,
  • Stainless Steel Flatware.
  • Seating for 12 guests per table
  • Many other tableware upgrades are available at an additional charge.
  • Wedding Cake and Gourmet Coffee Station 

Other Important Information:

  • All menu selections are subject to a minimum 20% Service Charge and 7% Sales Tax for parties of 75 Guests or More.
  • All selections are subject to a minimum 25% Service Charge and 7% Sales Tax for parties Less than 75 Guests.
  • For all menu selections, there is a 150 Guest Minimum for Saturday evening events, 125 Guest Minimum for Friday evening events, and 125 Guest Minimum for Sunday Evening Events.
  • Some menu selections require 100 Guest Minimums.
  • Gratuities are not included in pricing.
  • All menu prices are subject to change.
